HELL is not a burning place underground. It is in your head!

 Hi Community,

It has been a while. I had journeyed into darkness, a place so cruel if you stay long enough it will consume you.

The first principle of returning to love is understanding darkness - our self loathing turned inward

Growing up, we understood hell through religion and folklore as a place in the afterlife where our souls will be subject to punitive suffering for all our many sins and bad deeds on earth. A red horned devil will poke, tear and torture us for eternity, so try to remember that next time you steal a cookie. ''Scary!!!’’ 😂

As we come into ourselves and explore the unconditional love of God, we discover that hell is merely a manifestation of your own guilt, consciously and unconsciously a separation from God and his love. You don’t need to die and burn in hell for this to happen, you experience it everyday when you choose any other truth but love.

In the last post - we explored the innocence of your childhood and how you naturally existed as an extension of love. Where did you fail to grow with it ? What was so terrifying you couldn’t continue existing as that ? The only explanation is that you allowed fear inside, fear to cripple your confidence, paralyse your excitement, lay to dust your freedom and dim you light. You turned yourself into a battleground by making the oppression internal, now you are just afraid.

Afraid to be, because you fear you will open and expose the darkness, so it is safer inside where you think you can contain it. Why do you think it starts to burn ? You cannot allow darkness in a place meant for peace and light. It will only go up in flames and someone is bound to get burnt. I hope you learn this before it is too late.

Non- figuratively, by darkness we are referring to your own self loathing expressed as feelings of control, addiction, obsession, compulsion, depression and illness . These thoughts turned inward become your personal hell. Now imagine projected outwards ? they becomes our collective hells then we start to experience wars, violence, crime and oppression simply because we chose fear over love. These fears come from a place of lovelessness and when you allow love in , you leave no room for darkness. When we are peaceful in ourselves, we project that into the world, we allow for healing, love and peace.

The big question then becomes, why do we fail to be compassionate with ourselves?  Allow ourselves the grace of forgiveness, understanding and growth.

Marianne writes, "we would rather use conscious language of claiming  awareness of our weaknesses and patterns to divert attention." However, the only way we heal is when we aggressively avoid the self- sabotage of repeatedly falling back into the same patterns and destructive behaviours. You cannot constantly seek a way out, through escape. You need to sit in it , feel it and transcend it.

Self loathing will not go away with the next job, the next pay check, the next degree, the next therapist or even the next relationship. You need to fix your mind, your heart and your spirit by pouring love into yourself.

And to be quite frank, you are also going to need more than your own intellect and willpower for this. You need a power greater than you. Stop fighting and surrender. Surrender to God, surrender to love , surrender and trust that powers that hold galaxies together can handle the circumstances of your relatively little life.

Relinquish fear and the darkness will disappear from your life.

Dance dust and breath light.

With love

Precious

  2. You are so raw in your pieces. You speak to and for people that are not yet confident enough to tell their stories.
While the breaks of “darkness” as you said can’t be avoided, please don’t forget this side of your community 😅

I reading this for the second time since your put it up.

    Thanks
